Aweful customer service wait time to speak to representative. Keeps repeating option to make payment ,I have heard this message for 25 minutes would I still be on hold if this is what I was calling for.

I ordered the marine corps ring my husband absolutely LOVED the ring I surprised him with for his 50th Birthday. It was not true to size. Called in twice was promised I'd receive a ring sizer so it could be replaced. Never received the sizer. My husband truly wanted to wear the ring. I made a purchase on the 14th of November, 2015. It was the Seattle Seahawks Express Train Collection. I only received two parts of the set that were meant as a Christmas gift... and am still waiting for the other two. I ordered micky mouse holiday flags still havent recived mothers day flag 4th of july flag in transit after the 4th young man i spoke to rude told me to sit tight they would get here told him i didnt want to have to pay for 2 flags at the same time he told their only $38 didnt even apologize for the delay

My son who is in the military and currently deployed recently purchased a fleece and while home on leave discovered it was too big. He did not return it before he went back on deployment and when I tried to make the exchange for a smaller size for him I was told it was past the warranty date of 30 days, it was actually about 60 days since he purchased it, that they could not exchange it. My mother who is elderly bought items off this company. She received a letter demanding payment for 2 items she had received. She had already paid it and asked them to check their records. They still insist she hadnt paid and referred her 'outstanding balance' to CARS...who keep harrassing my mother for payment. I ordered a collection in February and didn't hear or see anything until the last week of May. They claim they were shipping it in pieces, then started billing me additional times. They said this would take 10 more shipments each to be billed every time. My original order was $69.99 and to bill me that amount for 10 more times is crazy. I am trying to find out how soon will I receive my Princess "Bridal Ring Set? My Husband just sent the $149.00 for the set and $9.98 for shipping. It's been over two months since I purchased a product from the Bradford Exchange Australia website. I am yet to see it still.
