Today is Tuesday. I called LAST THURSDAY for a return address label to send back a defective item (presidential dollar with gouges in it). They said they would email it to me. It's now 5 days later and no email. How long does it take to press a few keys on a computer and send an email???? Apparently it takes longer than 5 days. A bit of advice: If you can possibly buy what you want somewhere else, DO IT. Even if you have to buy it from a crook in a back alley out of a car trunk. I will NEVER, EVER purchase anything else from Bradford. It took 4 weeks to receive the ordered items. Now it is taking more than 3 weeks for the refund. When I called I was told orally and by email that the delivery day was two weeks. I received a tracking number that did not work. It said the product was coming by FED -EX. It came via US Postal mail. I never received a tracking number I could use. When I called I was told the product was at the FED-Ex office and had been there for 6 days. Ordered this lamp and receive with missing parts. Contacted Customer Service and received an email instructing me to return lamp. No other explanation was given, no apology for order problem. Decided to purchase the missing part rather than take the chance of getting another lamp with the same problem. Bradford Exchange provides no phone number to speak with anyone. Also having to submit 100 words in order to submit a review is another example of terrible customer service. From other reviews, the Bradford Exchange need to have better... Read more

I received a ring from my father as a gift. The ring is beautifully crafted of silver, birthstone crystals encased in a heart of looking glass with "diamonds" encircling it. The Ring looked beautiful until i got it wet washing my hands the very 1st day i wore it. The heart encasing the loose stones filled up with water and after it finally dried out inside it was left looking dirty in between the glass. It now has a filmy haze to it and u can see where each stone dried itself. With this said the entire elegance of it was taken away from it.... Read more

I want all of you with bad service to get ahold of your BBB service. Most of the time, a complaint comes in and nothing happens. I do believe the BBB is paid off by the company. More people need to complain. Does anyone know that your major TV stations have a segment that goes under the investigative reporting and is broadcast to the public? This should help embarrass the company enough to possibly do a bit better with service (I'm dreaming). Read further in this review pages. There are several former employees who have written in. ... Ordered the mother/daughter necklace last November. They have missed 3 delivery dates and just received another notice saying the April 15 date was rescheduled for mid July. They offer no explanation for yet another delay. I will never ordered from this company again! I don't know how you stay in business! Add comment

I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas & she still has not received it. There was a change of address for delivery, but that was corrected. I received a email telling me it had been corrected & guess what still no gift. I am extremely disappointed with Bradford Exchange, it is impossible to contact them by phone. If anyone wants to order a gift for Christmas order it at least a year ahead so it will be there on time. Read more

Ordered a ring which was supposedly shipped Feb 4. Weeks passed still no ring. After 3 calls to customer service was given conflicting accounts of why the ring probably hadn't arrived. Also no tracking number. I was then told they would reissue the order and I would receive the ring March 21-28. Ring arrived on the 28th. I was worried because of all the reviews I had read about product inferiority! I was very pleased with the ring. It's beautiful and worth the $129 I paid. Read more

I got another e-mail today saying I need to pay for a ring I ordered. If not, my ring will be delayed. I called, was told, yes they have my check paid in full for the ring--so why sending me this e-mail. When I asked when it will be shipped, did not know....later said figure 2 - 3 weeks as they are preparing to send it. Yet they wanted payment by 3/31 or it will be delayed. I don't a prove of the ring. The color of the ring immediately let me know it was fake, the gold was to dark. So I called customer service long story short, there's an on going debate she's telling me the ring is real n I'm telling her it's not real just bye the looks of the ring.
