I ordered an engraved item for my wife December 5 2018 for a Christmas gift. I got an email confirming the order, on December 7 th.

then it was in process for 2 weeks.

then another email saying it was preparing for shipping. ( now keep in mind during this - I was guaranteed to get the item by Dec 24th) Not the date have been pushed off till Jan 18 2018.

Warning do not buy from them.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Getting the item delivered in a timely manner is a joke.
