Can't order the 'Messenger fro Heaven' watch . . .

I've tried to order the "Messenger from Heaven" watch and 'United Kingdom' is in the address line and I am in the US . .

. Does this mean you can only purchase this watch if you live in the UK? If so why is it advertised for sale in the news stand magazine Woman's World? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I am not a 'Pissed Consumer" . . . I am curious .

The Bradford Exchange - No compassion whatsoever.
I received a Breast Cancer Hope ring from my son after I completed radiation therapy for breast cancer. The pink ribbon peeled off of it. The ring no longer symbolized anything. I had only had it a little over four months. Called Customer Service and asked if I could send it back for another one. I was told, "No, it was out of warranty. It was only out of warranty a little over a week. Heartbroken over the ring. What kind of ring only last four months. I asked if I could return it and get a more expensive one. Nope, out of warranty. I think I even sounded like I was begging. Nope, out of warranty. Now I have a ring that does not even look like it is supposed to.

Fraud ...theft .....unauthorized bank transactions....no help in sight

What an awesome idea.....a company can steal right from your bank, just zap money out of your account for no reason. when you ask...why? they tell you that you ordered something that is on its way. But it never comes. oh yes, they are happy to refund your account when yo return the item. oh wait, you did not order anything and nothing was ever mailed to you. So they have your money and you are set chasing your tail trying to get someone to help you. Oh yes they are very helpful. And they zap more money out of you bank and .........why How is this legal ....oh wait, it is not. Bradford exchange steels, lies to your face about it and says they are happy to help. OMG

Terrible, very incompetent

I placed two 4 book check orders for 2 different accounts. I received confirmation for both orders and paid an extra $16 to have them expedited. After 3 weeks I called them and asked where my checks are. I had the wrong shipping address on one order and they said it had been returned and destroyed but they had never notified me. The other order they said they hadn't printed yet because they didn't have all the info while at the same time they had sent confirmation and had not said a word about not having information. Needless to say I ordered from checks unlimited and the process was 10 times easier $10 less and they showed up at my house within a week!! Never going back to Bradford.

interesting does THAT fail to bring up anything like your: customercare@***.com shown in your invoice? An invoice that took many, many, many months to arrive after many, many, many emails to your customer service dept.????? AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO STATE MY $2.95 FEE WAS OVERFDUE.

The box I purchased from UPS is because the one the item you shipped had neither a top or bottom. Just remove me from future mailings as well as emails. After purchasing so many items from your company you refused to reimburse me $11 for the box I had to purchase.

Ordered the Duke coin with understanding I could order additional coins. I did not order but rec'd the Rough Rider coin along with a display box with a bill $47.28.. I do not want this. I have tried to email a request for a pre-paid return label. I rec'd a reply "email rec'd" but no return label. I also called 1-80*-323-****, when the question was ask, did i receive the return label in my oder, I pushed 4 for no and I was cut off, this happened several times. Check perforation issues

I placed an order for two boxes of checks several weeks ago. When the checks arrived we found that we were tearing the checks to shreds while trying to remove each check written. I thought that maybe it would just have been the last order from here but this batch of checks are the same and will not tear our cleanly when removed from the book.

Hi; I have been buying Yorkie checks from them for many years. I always buy two orders.

This last order that I bought was horrible. Every single book was hard to tear off the check and so many of them ripped.

I am now afraid to re-order. Time to look elsewhere I guess.
