Ordered item # 12636**** the 2016World Series Champions Cub Glove Sculpture and didnt reluze that it would take 5 months for this order to deliver I cancelled my order becasue of this issue and it was to be a Birthday gift for February 20th. Please make note that this item should have had a notice that it would take that long to deliver very unsatisfied with this issus .

Beyond mad! I am a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and recently ordered the Steelers beaded necklace for 119.00. I can not believe what i pulled out of the box. A CHEAP PIECE OF JUNK! Looks nothing like the picture. The besds in the picture had a translucent high quality look but the ones i received look like craft beads from a craft store. The helmet was vivid and showed the team logo well but again the one i received the logo was cheap and unnoticeable. The gold trim on helmet and football on the actual item looks like fake gold paint. I put the necklace on and the necklace fell apart and all the beads and charms crashed tonthe floor. Have them the benefit of the doubt and ordered my husband and engraved ringbfor 179.00 guranteed to be delivered by Christmas. LIARS! Received email today that it will not ship until Jan 30th. I will not order anything else from yhis company and i suggest anyone reading this doesn't either.

They did the right thing

This is usually a venue for registering complaints about companies that have exercised poor business practices or perhaps were unscrupulous in the way they treated their customers. I was prepared to use this avenue to complain about The Bradford Exchange when they went the 'extra mile' to make things right. Here's the story which I feel needs to be told: My stepmother ordered a 'Thomas Kinkaid Snowglobe Tree' and it was ordered specifically as a Christmas present. ($150 plus shipping and handling). It was ordered in early December (about the 6th) but not delivered until about the 23rd, giving the recipient (me) no opportunity to get a replacement for the incorrect item that was shipped. As it was supposed to be a Christmas gift of a unique Christmas item and The Bradford Exchange clearly not only shipped the wrong item but also shipped an inappropriate item, I requested that the correct item be provided and as a gesture of goodwill, The Bradford Exchange to refund a portion of the purchase price to the purchaser. I am happy to say that Bradford Exchange has said that it will send me the correct item in addition to providing a very generous refund against the purchase price. Way to go Bradford Exchange.

My checks I had ordered from Bradford Exchange were lost in the mail. They said they delivered them but they were returned to the post office who sent them to a central post office. Incomplete address. They were business checks. The company won't even confirm if and when they receive them back. First and last time I will ever buy from them. I do not recommend this company

Fantastic Customer Service

While I read the concerns of other customers of Bradford Exchange, how about a good story? I ordered and received a Granddaughter Globe. We gave it to her for Christmas. She loved it. Within a week it started leaking. Of course, I threw away all the return paperwork that came with it. I contacted them and they promptly issued the necessary documentation including a postage free return label. They said it could take up to six weeks to hear back from them. Not hearing anything in six weeks, I contacted them. They said they never received it. Oh, boy, welcome to commerce over the internet. In their same response, Bradford Exchange said they would ship me another one in 4 to 6 weeks free. This is great customer service! Most companies would have told me I need to put a trace on it. Yes, they take a while to ship things, but you know this when you order it. Plus, they have some very unique things. I am a very satisfied customer.

Worst company ever

My order was delivered to me, but I was not in, my parcel was sent back, because they needed a signature from me, I don't know why they did not leave my parcel with my neighbours and they could have signed for it, but no they took it back with them, I rang the Bradford exchange so many times all they kept saying to me, "IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM CONTACT YODEL THE DELIVERY COMPANY THEY HAVE DONE THEY JOB AND YODEL HAVE NOT" I did so many phone calls to the Bradford exchange they could not care less, they had no sympathy they have caused me so much stress, trying to get my £159.94 back, after so many phone calls and emails which they could not bother to reply back, and last phone call I made to them, they put the phone down on me, NEVER DEAL WITH THE BRADFORD EXCHANGE, WORST COMPANY EVER, IT TOOK ME 3 MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
