...Not only that, but I didn't authorize it and I want it refunded. I ordered checks from you which aren't even correct and I can't even use.

Several months ago, I ordered the Army messenger bag for a friend, but he gave me the wrong last name. Could I return this one, and reorder a new one with the correct name?
The correct name should read:
General OConnor, or Gen.
OConnor, whichever will fit in the space. I apologize for the mistake.
I do not have the order number, I am sorry.
Preferred solution: Reorder with the correct name

Waiting on shipment you took my money but nothing I sent e mail a week ago no response after this order I will never order from you again
Billing issue
I didnt ask for a coin I was sent.
I did decide to keep it for my grandson, but it was $50.27.
I made a payment of $25.00 on account on the invoice sent with my debit card numbers. A week later I checked my bank account and saw Bradford took out the whole $50.27!!
That's illegal isn't it? They changed it.

Ive been trying to order something since May and I keep getting letter saying I need to call to make a payment. Ive done that many times and they continue to tell me that I need to make a payment.
It is now almost October and have still not received my merchandise

My name is Judy Shelton & I want to order new checks for my personal bank account re: "Police" . I have searched through your entire check selections & never found "Police" which is the design I chose for my last order.
I found Firemen, Fire Rescue, EMS, & all branches of the military! Where is the selection for "Police"? I called your Customer Care Dept. today (7/31/24) & left my phone# for a call back but never received a call back, so I'm emailing you in hopes to get my question answered.
I work 5 days per week & get off work @ 3:30pm CT each day. I would appreciate a response as I need to order new checks ASAP please.
Again, my Customer ID# is 7785****. The cell# I called in today was 806/781-**** but you can also reach me at 806/781-****.

User's recommendation: I just need to order new checks & need a "yes" or "no" if they still have the same design I ordered last time I ordered checks from Bradford Exchange. For some reason I am now a member of their Pissed Consumer Team??? I just need some new checks - I'm disappointed in you Bradford Exchange - you seemingly have become too complicated for a simple check order.
Ring size
I have no idea where they are located but offices are closed!! Its 12:30 in my state. They say call during business hours WHEN IS THAT?!!!

I ordered a ring with a gold chain and a heart. First, they engraved the wrong name on both of the items and the ring was supposed to be size 7, but they sent me a size 11. Now, they are going to send me a replacement, hoping this time they do it right.
Preferred solution: My replacement with the right names and sizes of ring.

I waited on the phone for 20 minutes. I then requested a call back an hour ago and still have not received a call back.

I received a booklet of checks. They were stapled incorrectly; I cannot pull them out without tearing the check.
I'm very disappointed in the checks and service. I tried to call on 8-20 at 12:15 pm, they said to call the next business day.
What kind of business is this? I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a necklace two weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. And i email them and they don’t respond back ever. I just want to know what is going on.
I feel that they can at least contact me and verify my order. They took money from my account and dont let me know what is going on.
