- - Prepaid for one coin; delivery took a month and was satisfactory.
- - Statement shows three charges for one coin; requesting credits for two duplicates.
I tried emails and phone calls at least ten times . None were successful until I chose the number for "placing an order".
I was then forwarded to an extension that never answered.
So today, I explained my triple billing to my credit card company who investigated and found that Bradford Exchange had added two more charges, making a total of 5 charges for one purchase. I have been fully credited and Bradford Exchange is now on the blacklist with Chase Card.
I ordered a coin in July, prepaid for it, and finally received it a month later. All was satisfactory at that time.
Then I received my credit card statement the following month and found that you also charged me the same amount two more times.
That is three charges for one coin.
NO WAY!
Dates: July 31 $60.97; Aug 20 $60.97; Sept 5 $60.97
Three charges for one order! Just issue a credit for two charges and I will not report to the BBB.

- - Ads claim uncirculated coins, but these coins are circulated and have dings.
- - Cancellation is difficult and they do not respond.
They say, brilliant uncirculated coins in all their ads. These are definitely not uncirculated coins.
Dings and scratches all over them. Most definitely circulated coins. Do not believe these people for one minute.
Trying to cancel your subscriptions is next to impossible. Once they know you want to end, they will not respond to you!

Verified Reviewer2nd try a failure
Got thru the first time and was told a mailing label was going to be sent to me. I never got it so I asked one to be mailed.
Also never got that one after waiting over a week. So tried calling back and after a couple of minutes was asked if I preferred to keep holding or be called when the lines cleared, press one. I did but no one called.
I just want a mailing label to return a product I did not want. BTW, my phone IDs spam calls or unknown numbers.

You can hire people that speak English so that your customer can understand what they're getting and the price. Also, you need to have a sales person who answers the phone for customer service not speak 100 miles a minute on top of the accent it's very difficult to understand what they are saying... This was not a pleasant experience for me!!

Havent been able to anyone at Bradford Exchange customer service. I continue to get rid of this company and it is very difficult together in contact with anyone.

Someone at the Bradford Exchange tried to bill my credit card numerous times for just one purchase. This left me stranded while trying to buy my wife's medicine. I called my bank; my card was flagged due to this issue.

Overcharged
I ordered checks, then was subsequently charged $16.95 a month for 9 months afterwards for a so called "Rewards Program" I did not enroll in or approve. So far I have been charged $152.55 total.
They say they will credit me back $101.70 of it only.
Very rude person on the phone. ???

I should be paying for the one item at a time not more then twice been taken out of my account, I'm concerned not to overpay and say the company saying I haven't pay for the item, hope you understand this situation. Thanks

LOVD THE LOOK OF THE KITTY NATIVITY PIECES,, ORDERED FOR A LADY,,, WAS CHARGED DOUBLE WHAT THE AD SAID,, WHEN I COMPLAINED, I WAS TOLD THATDO NOT TRUST THE ADS I HAD TO SEND A 24 DOLLAR REGISTERED LETTER TO CANCEL.

Lies and deceptive practices. Gives an option for payments, and then they tell you your item shipped.
When it never arrives, but your bank has been charged the 1st payment, I called and was told I didn't 'qualify' for payments and I had to pay the full amount upfront before they ship it. They already charged me the first installment! No refund, no explanation.
Had to close my card and have my bank issue a new one. Don't order from them!

I received an email on Friday telling me that my these coins are finally showing up after you delinquent delivery service. You were sending them next-door according to the email I had sent to 44 Randolph they never received them.
I didnt receive them.
I want my coins. I spent $169 for them if you cant deliver them then return my money and I will mark you as worthless.
