Got thru the first time and was told a mailing label was going to be sent to me. I never got it so I asked one to be mailed.

Also never got that one after waiting over a week. So tried calling back and after a couple of minutes was asked if I preferred to keep holding or be called when the lines cleared, press one. I did but no one called.

I just want a mailing label to return a product I did not want. BTW, my phone IDs spam calls or unknown numbers.

I called and they were to call me back. I called them back and asked for sales instead of customer service and had someone on the line within 3 to 5 minutes.

The lady that help was very efficient and I appreciated that. But if I ever need to call back. I will push whatever number is for sales because that gets you there quicker than customer service.

They did finally call me back about 530 that evening. I had placed the original call at 9 AM.

Call lasted 24 minutes!! On hold for 20 minutes!!
Never found anything on my return merchandise!!
Agent said she would call back later in day when it wasn’t so busy!!! Never heard back!
It’s the 4th time I called!
USPS TRACKING showed it arrived in Bensenville IL ON 1/10/26 at 6:30am and was picked up from post office at 6:30am for delivery!!
Very frustrating so. Far!!

I was never able to speak with anyone. I did chat with someone online, but I was unable to speak with anyone. I will not do business with this company again and would not recommend to anyone. It made me feel like I was scammed and I’m not sure that I wasn’t!
