Month ago i brought a bridal set (rings), all seemed well.Howeer i recieved the ring (1st ring) engraved all wrong, bare in mind the website has 2 boxes one for 1st ring and 2nd box for second ring.

So with is pathetic mistake, i phoned multiple times to complain. Finally got a replacement sent out, again another 6 week wait. I got the ring an i though this stress has been dealt with, However not just they bombard me with mail about weddings (making it evident to my partner something is up, thanks for that Bradford yet again) but last email there are trying to recharge me for the second Ring. I have been trying to call an sent emails last 4 days, No reply so i can not even contest this thieving behaviour from a poor company.

In my opinion its criminal, Do not buy and save your money.

Nothing but stress, money wasting and completely *** customer service.regards
