I ordered a doll for my daughters birthday in nov for £100 when it arrived it did not do as it advertised ie breath, I have since been trying to get a refund, their customer service is shocking, they ignore e mails and trying to ring them is a waste of time as you are either put on hold or promised a call back that never comes.My daughter is now left waiting for a birthday present, but I can not get her one till I get my refund.

The battery part of the doll was quite cheap and shoddy looking and I expected something better for this type of money.

I will wait a while longer before I take it further and I would.Not recommend this company nor would I ever purchase from them again, as a single mum i saved hard for what I hoped would be a special present and I feel extremely let down by this company
