The Bradford Exchange - I sent back a product I didn't want in the first place and they are trying to bill me for it?
I had ordered A buffalo nickle buckle which i had paid for than out of the blue they sent me A Montana Quarter belt buckle I did not want? So I sent it back. Than they sent me A letter saying the buckle was returned to them marked undeliverable and they want to reship the buckle??? I sent A letter along with the buckle stating that I never ordered the Montana belt buckle I just wanted the buffalo nickle buckle I ordered and paid for nothing more.

This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery at The Bradford Exchange and attached a photo. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $45 and wants The Bradford Exchange to "do not try to charge me something i sent back".
The most disappointing in user's experience was given the runaround. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
