i orderd some thing very special for my girl friend for xmas and paid 150.00,they told me it was all engraved and was being shipped out last week and id have by dec 20 2018.now they are telling me I wont get it now till jan 14 2019,this god dam company is such a joke I will never buy any thing from this *** place again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Being told it be here by xmas and now wont be, Customer service sucks, Failure to honor guarantee.
