On 12/10/13 I ordered a Hope's Embrace Women's Ring as a gift to my friend who is a breast cancer survivor. The finish of the ring has completely worn off.

the pink and gold are almost completely gone and it now looks like a cheap silver trinket. I even sent in pictures of how it looks now to their customer service. This ring cost me over $130.

when I contacted the company they basically said, Jewelry warranty is 120 Days. So, spending over a hundred thirty dollars buys you 4 months of the item to look as it was sold.

Product or Service Mentioned: The Bradford Exchange Ring.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $138.

Preferred solution: replacement.

I liked: Item i initially purchased, Ease or ordering.

I didn't like: That the merchandise does not hold up.
