I ordered a size 11 ring I received it a week ago and it’s beautiful but I ordered the wrong size I actually need a size 10 1/2 can I return it for the 10 1/2 and how long would it be before I receive the proper size ... hoping to receive before Christmas!.... Thanks

According to The Bradford Exchange FAQ, all items must be returned within the specified warranty period. If it comes to jewelry, you can return your item within 120 days. The item should be returned in the original package. If the original package is not available, you should package the item securely. You should include a Return Information Card or a Prepaid Return Label into your package along with the explanation why the item is being returned. The card or label can be obtained through The Bradford Exchange Customer Support page.
When the company receives your return, they will promptly issue an exchange, replacement, or refund via a check or a credit to your original payment method, if a refund is due. For customers in the U.S., items can be returned to

On your Bradford exchange account go to your orders and it will be the last 3 numbers that are spaced out a bit at the end of the order number. I looked everywhere online and couldn’t find it to save my life. Then noticed those number when on my account. And that’s what it was. Was happy when it actually worked.

Why did y'all pull money out of my bank account when I set it up to call my payments in.

My bank account was charged 45.09 when my payments were only 44.99. Also I had it set up to where I call my payments in . I didn't give anyone permission to withdraw money from my account .

According to The Bradford Exchange FAQ page, charges should not be deducted from your chosen payment method until your item is selected for shipment from the company warehouse. When paying in instalments (available only for select items), subsequent instalments will be deducted from the same payment method about every month until payments are complete.

According to The Bradford Exchange FAQ page, to return an item for an exchange or refund, it must be returned within the specified warranty period. All items should be returned in the original packaging, with their Certificate of Authenticity to

When they receive your return they will issue an exchange, replacement, or refund via a cheque or a credit to your credit card, if a refund is due, within 10 working days. Credit card processing rules allow them to refund the credit only to the card that was originally used to make payment.

How can I get refund

Back first if May 2020 I ordered our family together forever. Several weeks later my husband noticed that the money had not come out of our checking.

We went to your Website and couldn’t find where we had even ordered the ring. So we ordered another one I got one in the mail yesterday 6-15 and one today 6-16.

You should log into your account and enter the information you received in the email. With standard shipping and service, you should generally receive your item within 3 weeks, but it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks.

In order to get the necessary books, you can shop online for them and choose what you need. According to The Bradford Exchange shipping policy, you can choose standard, express and 2-day shipping.
