Apparently, it must take an Act of Congress to get a return label - No return address on shipment ! No packing slip or invoice with my item- No telephone number to contact them

Hold time on telephone was over 7 minutes!! I have called them twice now.

Why are they so secretive? - It will probably take 2 months to get my credit on item returned. They took my credit card payment immediately

I will never order from Bradford Exchange again. NEVER

and I will tell my friends also not to order

i have requested labels for my three alien clocks ,THE FIRST CLOCK GAINED TIME SO SENT ME A REPLACEMENT CLOCK THIS ONE HAD SAME PROBLEM SO YOU SENT ME A THIRD ONE WHICH ALSO HAS SAME PROBLEM AND IM WAITING FOR THREE LABELS NOW TO RETURN AND CANCEL THE ORDER AND FULL REFUND OF WHAT IVE PAID

Having the same problem with them - most certainly will not order again; I've asked for return authorization 3xs from their website. No response. I'm sending the package back insured and with signature required.

Me, I think they don't respond hoping to run out the time on returns.

I agree. They purposely make it impossible to get a return label and customer reason for return card.

You have to call or email and it takes forever. Yet they say returns must be prompt. I have ordered twice before, but never again. The company who makes it hard to return is bad service.

Take a hint from Amazon!! Jerks!,
