My girlfriend is very upset and angry! Trying to talk to a customer service rep is nearly impossible. I've been trying to reach them for 3 days, and I am extremely angry. The next step is legal action.

The person I spoke with hung up on me. My order was placed on 12/5.
It shipped on 12/9. It is stuck in Chicago. Cant get any info on where it is in the USPS system.

My husband gets these catalogs and orders from them. Double Billing and other tactics. He has dementia and I no longer want them sending there over priced crap of a catalog to my home.

Cannot Return an Item that was a gift and the wrong item was sent
I have made multiple phone calls to return a gift that I received from my mom. They would not process the return without speaking to her.
She called and they sent a return label with her address on it and not mine. I do not live anywhere near her and cannot return the item with USPS with her address, not mine. They told her to send it anyway and they would sent her a refund check. They are like talking to robots and are trained to deflect from the problem.
It is obvious that they do not want you to return anything, for any reason. They are preying on the elderly and the fact that they do not understand how to resolve issues online. I have tried to get them to have someone from the actual company to contact me, but they refuse to do that. So, basically I am stuck with the wrong item and a major issue to deal with for my birthday.
This company is nothing but a scam. Please stay away!!!

I tried emails and phone calls at least ten times . None were successful until I chose the number for "placing an order".
I was then forwarded to an extension that never answered.
So today, I explained my triple billing to my credit card company who investigated and found that Bradford Exchange had added two more charges, making a total of 5 charges for one purchase. I have been fully credited and Bradford Exchange is now on the blacklist with Chase Card.
I ordered a coin in July, prepaid for it, and finally received it a month later. All was satisfactory at that time.
Then I received my credit card statement the following month and found that you also charged me the same amount two more times.
That is three charges for one coin.
NO WAY!
Dates: July 31 $60.97; Aug 20 $60.97; Sept 5 $60.97
Three charges for one order! Just issue a credit for two charges and I will not report to the BBB.

They say, brilliant uncirculated coins in all their ads. These are definitely not uncirculated coins.
Dings and scratches all over them. Most definitely circulated coins. Do not believe these people for one minute.
Trying to cancel your subscriptions is next to impossible. Once they know you want to end, they will not respond to you!

Got thru the first time and was told a mailing label was going to be sent to me. I never got it so I asked one to be mailed.
Also never got that one after waiting over a week. So tried calling back and after a couple of minutes was asked if I preferred to keep holding or be called when the lines cleared, press one. I did but no one called.
I just want a mailing label to return a product I did not want. BTW, my phone IDs spam calls or unknown numbers.

You can hire people that speak English so that your customer can understand what they're getting and the price. Also, you need to have a sales person who answers the phone for customer service not speak 100 miles a minute on top of the accent it's very difficult to understand what they are saying... This was not a pleasant experience for me!!
