My issue was resolved, I hope. I ordered an item for my DIL and did not realize it was part of a series until she got the 2nd shipment. They assured me any further shipments will be cancelled.
The Bradford Exchange - I finally got through to a representative and the call lost
I placed an order yesterday. 9.99 shipping & when checking out the shipping came up 24.99. Called & I told the rep what happened. I asked if the order could be changed to lower shipping & she said no. I immediately cancelled the order. The charge posted today on my credit card. Why?
