Fraudulent charge on bank account

There is another fraudulent charge on my bank account for over $16.00. I never ordered anything and it said shipped on February 10th but there isnt any tracking number!!!

This had better stop or I file charges. Please credit my account immediately!

No Tracking for Checkbook Covers

I ordered 2 sets each of checks, address labels, and checkbook covers. Everything was shipped in different packages.

Since I use mail forwarding for my business, some mail forwarding services charge for each package, fortunately, mine didn't.

Got everything but the checkbook covers. So I emailed customer service about it. Apparently, they don't provide tracking # for checkbook covers, so I have no idea whether the covers were lost in the mail, or whether someone in the mail forwarding service took them, or whether they had even been shipped at all.

I called and they agreed to refund and reship them if I reordered. I reordered, then they charged me the order plus $5 fee for calling Customer Service.

Only 1 checkbook cover arrived, the other never made it, but at least they refunded my 2nd order as promised. Then they deleted my entire order history.

Hello, I'm a 78-year-old teaching my grandson how to collect Morgan Silver Dollar Coins. I agreed to allow him to purchase a set of Morgan Coins from 1886 to 1921, which were billed and mailed monthly. Since I already had an odds and ends collection of coins, including some Morgan Silver Dollars, I already had some of the coins received from Bradford in very nice plastic cases.

My question is: Can I return 3 or 4 of the Morgan Silver Dollar Coins we received from Bradford Exchange?

All I have is two numbers. One, I believe, is an Account Number (66022****) and the other is 933127****. Neither of us saved anything that came with each coin, making it impossible to provide practically all the answers to questions asked on your company's return form.

Can someone call, write, or email me regarding this matter?

Cancellation of subscription

Hello,

After learning that there are to be a total of 24 cars in The Nightmare Before Christmas Globe train set, I am requesting cancellation of any further issues. The order number is #18562****.

The previous cars have all been sent as a gift to Lakin Kirkley in Foley, AL.

After receiving 9 cars, she feels she has run out of room for such an unexpectedly large train.

She has currently received 9 cars. I do understand an additional train car may be sent, due to a lapse between cancellation request and mailing of the next car issue.

Please consider this my formal request for termination of the subscription to this Bradford Exchange collectible of The Nightmare Before Christmas Globe Train.

User's recommendation: Be aware that with collectables, you may not know how many items will be a part of the series! I only discovered after receiving 9 train cars, that there would be a total of 24 cars for this collection. Upon learning this, I requested a cancellation of the subscription. I have no reason to believe The Bradford Exchange will not honor my request. This is really nothing against the company, just a heads up on staying current with the number of items in a specific collection.

Can't get in touch with any Customer Reps

I had an issue with a Cross pendant that I ordered for my Mother for her birthday. All she wanted was that Cross.

She has been ill. When we received it the colors were not as expected but we gave it to her anyway. When she put it on, the chain was thin and small. The clasp was much too difficult to open and close.

She couldn't wear it all the time. Needless to say she cannot wear it at all. She lives alone and has no one to help her with it. The chain was way too tight.

I would like a label sent to her so she can return it. It is a drive to go and get it from her. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. They keep emailing me that someone has taken care of me but no label.

It is iompossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone either. Just take my money and run!

I ordered the Star Trek set titled 'To Boldly Go'. We were told we would get the console last November.

Then we were told it was back-ordered. I have emailed several times with the assurance it was coming. It never came.

This message, along with all the others, is going to be sent to my attorney. Maybe he can get something done.

Not happy, lost money ...paid twice for a product

Prevously purchases from this company were excellent and no problems. I was shocked at the confusion and problems.

My wife really wanted that for Christmas but it never came, she is angry and wants to file suit. However I told her to wait for them to find a solution.

The voicemail message doesn't tell me that the business is closed; instead, it just keeps instructing me to hold for the next Customer Service representative. I waited for a half-hour and then hung up.

I was not aware that I had signed up for repeated merchandise. This part should be highlighted in capital letters.

I want to return the item that was shipped to me, but it takes weeks to get the shipping label for return. It shouldn't take that long to stick a label in an envelope.

Husband’ ring was VERY much cheap and did not last! Offered to send it back for either repair, exchange OR we would gladly accept a credit to buy another ring. For whatever reason, we were denied!

I checked my credit card statement and I found out I was charged twice I want to know why you charged my account twice???

I only wanted one. I dont know why I was charged for two please refund one of the monies to my existing credit card account.

I would greatly appreciate you getting back to me in regards to this order this is ridiculous.

I dont know why I have to type in 100 symbols.

I want to get to the bottom of this matter as soon as possible. I have purchased things from your company before and Ive never had a problem.
