The extra fees but yet customer service after you try to get through for a 1 hour. They'll pick up, we're so sorry. We're sorry you've been an inconvenience but they will never put any resolution in writing that it's been completed. Might always conversation to them is. What do I have in writing? Saying that what you're saying is gonna be fixed. Don't worry, ma'am, you will not receive any more correspondence.

Thanks for the refund, but my $16.99 for rush delivery I haven't received because my merchandise didn't come to me the next day. It came almost a month later, so I'm looking for that $16.99 to be returned. They mentioned they would return it, but I haven't heard anything since.

Yes, I noticed that I was getting a bunch of unauthorized transactions from the Bradford Exchange on my PayPal card and my Cash App card, and it has compromised both of those accounts and wiped them out. I need to stop these transactions, and while they're in the pending process, can we please not let them continue to go through?
I didn't want any merchandise. I haven't ordered anything. I don't know what's going on, but I need to stop, please. It's getting out of hand, and it all happened at the same time—it was like at 8:41 PM.
It was back-to-back charges, and I would like to cancel any charges that have been made and any future charges.
I'm going to have to make a dispute processing in my cards, I guess, because now I don't have any money, and I tried to talk to someone on the phone, and she was just very rude, and I didn't feel comfortable that she really has made all this stop, so I just want to do all I can do to get a hold of someone and get the reassurance that I will get my money back and will not be charged for any merchandise, and I didn't authorize any of these charges. Had to call back to find someone to change billing information. We ordered train set, got the engine, then keep getting post cards saying the next car is on back order.
We called, they said they could send the third car for now. I moved and needed to change to new bank, was told cant do that. We ask to give us someone who could help us with that and was told no one could do that. She said when third car is ready to ship they would mail us a bill.
It will ship when we pay the bill. Called back a little later and someone helped change the info.
We got the engine back in June, here it is almost March. Great business
