Hello, I'm a 78-year-old teaching my grandson how to collect Morgan Silver Dollar Coins. I agreed to allow him to purchase a set of Morgan Coins from 1886 to 1921, which were billed and mailed monthly. Since I already had an odds and ends collection of coins, including some Morgan Silver Dollars, I already had some of the coins received from Bradford in very nice plastic cases.
My question is: Can I return 3 or 4 of the Morgan Silver Dollar Coins we received from Bradford Exchange?
All I have is two numbers. One, I believe, is an Account Number (66022****) and the other is 933127****. Neither of us saved anything that came with each coin, making it impossible to provide practically all the answers to questions asked on your company's return form.
Can someone call, write, or email me regarding this matter?

I'm supposed to get a whole box of coins for 62 dollars. Coins are only worth 17 dollars each, and they're charging me 62 dollars for each one. What a rip-off!

What I ordered did not look like what I got in the mail. Bradford exchange is not quality products anymore. DO NOT ORDER (first pic is what I ordered) second is what I got

Item was broken when I opened it
I was surprised to find the item damaged being that the packaging wasn't harmed. I was notified shortly after, that a new one was being sent out and not to worry about returning the damaged item. I am very satisfied with their response.

Verified ReviewerI placed an order for a personalized pullover in MARCH when I received a card in the mail! Every time I call they tell me a different story as to why I have not received my item. It is pricy!
I do not understand if I was told my item was going to be embroidered was the reason for delay! I do not believe that now!
I was told today after being told weeks ago my item would be sent out 5/28! Today is 6-1 and Im told it is on backorder until 7-10??? Unacceptable! Do not use this expensive company thinking you are getting a good product!
No customer service available either.
Press option to place order and that is how you will get a human with useless information!

I liked a little trinket and bought it and then got a different one...without knowing it. I guess I signed up unknowingly for a subscription.
It wasn't obvious so I call it sneaky.
I don't like sneaky. I'm waiting to hear back to get a refund on the 2nd one and unsubscribe.

Do not purchase anything from this company! The merchandise is of cheap quality.
I ordered a total of five things from them. Two of the five were damaged. I chose to keep one of them, but the other one is too expensive to keep. It was to be a gift.
I have sent several notes to them. They won't respond.
I waited on the phone for 57 minutes and they disconnected and would not even talk to me. They are not a reputable establishment, unfortunately.

I want to order something
I have seen a flower from a card that I got in the mail and saw the prettiest set of rings. It was a wedding set it was $129 and some change for the ring with payments I believe l $35 and some change. I had sent it in and have not received any information back Ive waited a while and still havent received any information.

Your Rewards program was not authorized by me. The box could not be unchecked.
I have spoken to you about this. Of the four times you took $16.95 out of my checking account, you have only reimbursed me for one. You took it out on June 27, July 29, August 28, and September 4, 2024. I have received one of those reimbursements.
Please immediately reimburse for the other three payments; $50.85. Carol K Butler, carolkbutler@***.com. You have my Bank of York checking account ending in 2620. Please completely remove any other unauthorized payments.
All I did was order checks from you, not become a part of some Rewards Program.
Additionally, I ordered checks for Katherine Gillis and if you also entered her in this Rewards Program, you will need to also reimburse her. Same address: 365 Carroll Cove, Lake Wylie, SC, 29710.

I want to return the. item it's too small and time in not that visible because of the design.
for me the design is nice but not too good for telling the time. It's way better if it's bigger the price is just too high

I called and on hold for over a hour noone answered left my number on automated system to call me back never got a call. Trying to see if the Budwiser knives are back in stock and when would they charge my cc for them.
I ordered them but they were out of stock.
Was told they would be back in stock when my cc was not charged for them. I just needed to know if they were back in stock only to be on hold for over a hour and not receive call back.
I ordered the knives but told out of stock after I entered cc information. I was on hold over hour and half to.no.good.
Left number to have call back.but nooone did.
