Never get a call back!!

Waited on hold for 25 minutes then I gave up, there is a option that says a agent will call you back & you won't lose your place in line...itit'been 7 hour's now & no call back!! Thet sent me a bracelet that I canceled 9 months ago...I canceled it 3 time's!! What a hassle, now I have to ship it back!!

Can't get a phone number to pay with my debit card

I had ordered a granddaughter music box. I cancelled it because her birthday had passed. i changed my mind. you sent it anyway. i tried to call and decided to pay i do not have an e-mail of my own. i am using work e-mail. i need to pay this. how can i do this?

I sent a message last week to customer service and have yet to hear anything back

I have had an ongoing problem with my account and purchases I have made since 2020. I have made numerous calls to the 1-80*-***-**** number and the people that have tried to help me cannot. I need someone to contact me or I need an e-mail ffrom you so that I can send you information that I have which can help me with my problem.. I do not know why you have this customer service when I have yet to have been called back or have had an e-mail from you???

Double Billed my order from my Checking Account

I called in an order and the CS Rep doubled ordered and billed when I only wanted one. I cannot access the Bradford Exchange on weekends and this weekend is a holiday and now I cannot contact Bradford until Tuesday. None

Mother's Day gift keep getting delayed

I ordered a mother's day gift before mother's day and they told me I would get it in a few weeks but a day before mother's day got a email saying it would be June 20 so I called today it was delayed until August 1 the manager said they sent me a letter the end of May which I never got. I just cancelled my order I want order anything else from this because this ridiculous found out that personalized items will take much longer but they didn't say this long they gonna lose alot of customers now I have to found somebody who can make my personalized item.

The charm wasn't what I thought it was going to be.

In the picture, you can clearly read the engraving... It is very hard to see. We had our names placed in the charm..

Pissed off customer

I have called numerous times daily to only be left on hold. Ive been picked the call back option 3 times with no call back. I have sent emails no replies So I guess Ill write this review stating how awful customer service is and not even able to get someone on the phone (unless its rewards department). So Ill leave this with BBB will be my next call!!

Charging for something I never ordered

I was not familiar with this company until I started receiving invoices billing me for an item I never ordered. I let them know I had never placed an order with their company but they continue to bill me. I have e-mailed their customer service and received no reply. Funny thing the invoices don't even have the correct spelling of my name and I am not sure where they even got my info from. After checking to see what this company even is I have seen many complaints the same as mine so am wondering if the entire company is one big scam.

Never Got a phone call back

I called to add a new credit card because all of my credit cards got stolen. The recording said if I hung up then I would get a call back. Never happened. Next thing I get this survey. Also I was put off by the pissed customer name. I was not mad but I am now because of the non response. I hope the name pissed doesnt describe your customers, if it does its not good for your company. Besides I thought the Bradford Exchange was a class act, maybe not so much.

I thought I was ordering 2 cardinal lanterns.

I received 4 or 5 lanterns & none were the cardinal lanterns that I wanted & were advertised in the flyer. The prices for each one was a bit high & $87 dollars for each one. They are beautiful but I was expecting cardinal lanterns.
