You may return an item to The Bradford Exchange. For customers in the U.S., items can be returned to
The Bradford Exchange Returns Center at 854 Golf Lane, Bensenville, IL 60105.

According to The Bradford Exchange return policy, specific items can be returned within a certain number of days from the purchase date. Bradford jewelry can be returned within 120 days; wallets, totes, and purses can be returned within 90 days; and apparel and heirloom toys can be returned within 30 days.

Customers also have 365 days to return personalized canvas prints that are damaged or defective. The company's website asks that all items, including broken and duplicate orders, be returned in their original package along with a "return information card" or "prepaid return label" with an explanation for why the item is being returned.

The card or label can be obtained through The Bradford Exchange customer support page https://www.bradfordexchange.com/service_contact-us.htm. The company does not accept returns of personalized stationery based on customer input errors.

For other printing errors, the company asks that customers call The Bradford Exchange Customer Service number at 1-86*-***-**** on Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central and Saturday - Sunday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central.

For U.K. customers, the Bradford Exchange asks that customers contact Customer Service at 0333 003 ****, email the company at customers@***d-ex.co.uk or complete a form using the Contact page.

Waiting for final piece of The Pack is Back some car.

A few years ago I ordered The Pack is Back train. Received card saying thanks for patience. Got a call saying it was coming April 26. Then got another card saying it wasn't going to be delivered. I wrote a letter and emailed the company and still nothing. As I have read through reviews I see others have had the same problem. Very disappointing because I have ordered many things from you and they have all been wonderful. Please let me know if I will ever receive it. Complaint

Placed an order on the 25th of May and was charged $162, which was my total. Today June the 4th, I received another charged on my card for the exact amount from Bradford exchanged in which I did not order. Overall I was charged twice for one order.

Charged too much

DI will never buy anything from Bradford Exchange again and anyone I met or know will know you rip off people.

when i order something i expect it to be delivered within a week or so but over 6 months is terrible.i do not want to order anything else

Yes I did not get my order and it said it was delivered. The lady was very helpful and put a request to have it shipped again. I still have not received it. It was personalized with my daughter Cassandra a wooden music box. Also the past two orders I received had no box it came I. The styrofoam and plastic. Thank goodness they arrived ok

So I ordered something that was guaranteed delivered by Mothers Day, here it is a week later and STILL NOTHING! Ive reached out to them and they said theres nothing they can do about it until the 30th of the month, which I think it is total bs. Send me a replacement are refund me MY MONEY!!!
