Double order

I received a ring yesterday which I did order and would like to keep. Today I received a 2nd order of the same ring ring which I have been charged and would like to return. I only needed one. I have been charged twice and received twice. I need a call back tag I assume. Please advise, Thanks, Tim Roper

ordered these daughter i love you eggs,when the arrived ,said MADE in CHINA,said they were hand made,i give doubt to this going by the origin.cirtificate is just a typed piece of paper which anyone could write. Although no complaints on actual item but as 22 carot gold i am wary of this statement.Think the company should be honest to where these items are made.

You guys need to refund me on all the orders I paid for! I have all the pictures with confo numbers showing I paid in full I either need a check or refund back to my credit card or I am hiring a lawyer and show him all my evidence. I'm curious why my purchase (order number 940012****35) price was $89.99 and within 8 (eight) minutes of placing the order and choosing the $9 shipping but realizing I was billed for $20+ shipping, I immediately sent a request to cancel the order. Why then was I only refunded $42.18 when my request went through, literally, within minutes of ordering because shipping was at an absurd price? Not only was the order cancelled immediately, but it certainly wasn't shipped out; and yet, Im very upset that the EXACT reason why I cancelled the order was what was not refunded! To charge me over $80 and only refund 1/2 of that because your shipping is outrageous, was the whole reason why the cancellation was requested. You didn't even have time to package up the order before it was cancelled and yet, you still kept the absurd shipping fee. Unbelievable. This is exactly why I now refuse to do business with the Bradford Exchange! I never got the order, so thanks for stealing from me. Ive reached out 3 different times asking them to confirm any future shipments of this gift I order would not be billed at to meall at the incredibly outrageous price of $85.00+and they dont bother to respond with anything other than they refunded me $40+. They truly do not give a rip other than to sell cheap crap, jack up the price due to all sorts of fees when the price was $59.99 but $89.99 after shipping and everything else, and then send a post card saying Id be charged for the next 3 shipments!

Ordered a product on February 23,2023, was supposed to receive in March. Called customer service and was told it is on backorder and will receive in April. Called customer service again in April was told it will be delivered in May. Every month the same response. Cancelled in July. They are still advertising this product that they don't have.

Difficulty communicating with company and return policy

I purchased ONE item several years ago and the Bradford Exchange kept sending me, and charging me for more items, (around 10 more)! I had NEVER agreed to receiving more things from them. Then, a week or two ago, I called them and talked to someone in person, told them I want to CANCEL my prescription or membership - they said okay - and I just received another item from them in the mail. I CANNOT afford all these purchases. I am off work, on medical leave, and recovering from Heart Surgery.

Ordered 4 boxes of checks. Paid for the premium shipping. Checks were lost by the USPS. "Nothing we can do for the risk of fraud". Couldn't ship a single box of checks so that I had something while waiting to spin up new bank accounts. Just refund the cost of printing (not shipping) and go away.

Terrible,would not order anything from them again.Update just called them and they do not have the money order. I wrote to them and said I would pay after the holidays, they said they canceled the order.

Why would they cancel when I wrote to them I would pay after the holidays. She said she would look for the money order. I will contact the company that takes care of them. And get a photo of the front and BACK of the money order.

This will probably take about a week to do.As far as Bradford I told her I would call back in 4 days.

Also told her several times I want the product or my money back. I will never buy from them again.
