Hello, I'm a 78-year-old teaching my grandson how to collect Morgan Silver Dollar Coins. I agreed to allow him to purchase a set of Morgan Coins from 1886 to 1921, which were billed and mailed monthly. Since I already had an odds and ends collection of coins, including some Morgan Silver Dollars, I already had some of the coins received from Bradford in very nice plastic cases.
My question is: Can I return 3 or 4 of the Morgan Silver Dollar Coins we received from Bradford Exchange?
All I have is two numbers. One, I believe, is an Account Number (66022****) and the other is 933127****. Neither of us saved anything that came with each coin, making it impossible to provide practically all the answers to questions asked on your company's return form.
Can someone call, write, or email me regarding this matter?

I had an issue with a Cross pendant that I ordered for my Mother for her birthday. All she wanted was that Cross.
She has been ill. When we received it the colors were not as expected but we gave it to her anyway. When she put it on, the chain was thin and small. The clasp was much too difficult to open and close.
She couldn't wear it all the time. Needless to say she cannot wear it at all. She lives alone and has no one to help her with it. The chain was way too tight.
I would like a label sent to her so she can return it. It is a drive to go and get it from her. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. They keep emailing me that someone has taken care of me but no label.
It is iompossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone either. Just take my money and run!

I'm supposed to get a whole box of coins for 62 dollars. Coins are only worth 17 dollars each, and they're charging me 62 dollars for each one. What a rip-off!

I have tried to contact them about a $26.00 charge for shipping should be $7.99. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time until I hung up in.
It should never take that long all of the time! I like the jack skellington train, but do I want the rest of the set???

Keep getting text messages from National Recovery Service for a debt collection. Finally called and they said I was turned over to them from Bradford Exchange for an order in 2021.
I explained I have no idea what they said I ordered and why is it three years later they are trying to collect $75. 1. What business in this day and time ships anything without being paid first? 2.
I have never ordered a Christmas tree from this company. 3. I have never received any correspondence or bills from this company. 4.
I have called multiple times to Bradford Exchange Customer Service and end up in perpetual hold. No one ever answers.

I'm reaching out to you in regards to my subscription for the U.S. $2 Statehood Bills Collection.
In the last 2 years, I have moved from CA to TX and back to CA to take care of my mother who had dementia and recently died on July 25, 2024. And now, I am taking care of my father and brother. In short, if I missed any payments, this would be the reason why.
I would love to start my subscription again and pay any outstanding money owed. I can tell you that the last Statehood Bill I received was the state of Georgia.
