I'm really pissed off. I didn't sign up for rewards, and I've been charged over a hundred bucks for the last several months. I didn't realize it till yesterday, so I will never be ordering from you again until you give me back my money that you've been charging me every month: $16.95 since March.

Sure, I ordered a ring for my wife that was to be delivered by or on August 17. On the 20th, I called and got a full refund.

The ring was delivered a few days later. The ring was free.

Awesome!

Nothing has happened. Now what happens?

Will they fix it or refund my money? I've never had a problem with them before now.

On hold for over an hour, no response. Phone numbers don't work.

You took 120.80 out of my account when my subscription was canceled on 8/13/2026.

I'd like my money refunded.

I have resolved the issue and made the payment. I called the company.

Didn't quite understand what the person was saying about owing the bill. When I hung up, I thought hard about the issue and the information he gave me.

Then I realized what he was saying. The problem was on my end in not understanding, and I fixed the problem.

I received a medallion that I didn't order. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford it.

Too pissed off to leave anything positive for these fools! I ordered a special 50 yr birthday gift for my only daughter!

And bigger than bison's excrement, they screwed it up! I ordered and paid online, giving them a 10-day shipping window. Her birthday came and went, and they claimed it was delivered! Although they offered to resend one, I chose the refund!

Simply because: I don't and will never trust the Bradford Exchange.

Should be renamed to: The Badford Exchange. If they didn't deliver the first time, who in their right mind would think they would deliver the second time?

I explained what I received and she explained what I had signed up for and sending me the missing coins. I was showing $62.47 a month for 5 mos.

I recd 2. One in the mail coming to me and missing 2. She is going to send the missing 2 and the case I never received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They send you a coin than send again monthly.

Customer service # shows 24 hour a day but is not. This company has the worst reviews ever. Again.

I purchased a statue last month of the ***. I was charged twice for the same item.

I ordered a necklace from Bradford Exchange that was supposed to be delivered between

8-12 June for my daughters 50th birthday.

I found a way to contact them twice and I never got a response!

They havent delivered anything yet! According to their tracking its still on its way!

Although it was processed 12 days ago?

My delivery has stopped. I.

Called customer service and replaced my credit card with a new one and was assured my deliveries would restart. I am not pissed but am worried that my collection will have a 6 $2.00 bill gap in the middle.

I recently placed an order and it shows to be shipped to my old address i need to change my address i called and was on hold for a very long time it is a ring with a red cardinal on it in remembrance of my son that was recently murdered

They (Bradford Exchange) take too long to address issues and provide credit on returned merchandise. Very frustrating.

Placed the order and did not realize the item would not be shipped till 9/2. Decided not to cancel the order but needed the item sooner.
