Enrolled me on rewards program without my consent

I bought checks from the Bradford exchange and that's all I wanted to buy, but they enrolled me in their rewards program as well. The rewards program wouldn't have been an issue, except for the fact that it cost $14.95/mo. Being close to contact to rewards program directly on the phone, the lady I spoke to not only canceled the membership, but she also refunded me for the 4 months of charges I was made to pay.

Ordered 4 boxes of checks. Paid for the premium shipping. Checks were lost by the USPS. "Nothing we can do for the risk of fraud". Couldn't ship a single box of checks so that I had something while waiting to spin up new bank accounts. Just refund the cost of printing (not shipping) and go away.

My husband ordered a love heart name pendant as my Christmas gift this year. When it arrived...It had someone else's name engraved on it..."Mark & Kathy" & we are "Kristopher & Jessica".

The names and hearts were upside down & it was impossible to read without my phone to take a picture then zoom in on it. I called and they told us to "just throw it away" and they would be resending a replacement only to find out the entire order was cancelled and refunded. I had to do a whole new order. If I wouldn't of called, no replacement would of came.

This was by far the worst online purchase either one of us have ever made!!! They offered a $10 mail in rebate for our inconvenience and trouble.

I told the rep that I was offended and that was a joke and did not want the rebate because we would NEVER buy anything from this company again!!! I recommend looking elsewhere for your personalized gift!!!

My husband ordered me one of your personalized necklace with pendant. It was $200 & the quality of the item we received today was HORRIBLE!!!

IT WAS THE WRONG NAMES, it was upside down and we can't eben make out what it says . We hadto take a picture then zoom in only to see it read "Mark and Kathy" instead of "Kristopher & Jessica"

I realize mistakes happen but this is ridiculous. I called today to and spoke with a guy that put in for another one to be made and shipped back out which we won't receive by Christmas.

I want to send someone a pic of the one we received so you all can assure me the next one won't come the same way. It looks NOTHING like your picture on your website but that is what we ordered and that is what we want.

where are the silver dollars I ordered and paid for damn it.? I expected to receive all coins by now. Received the initial Silver dollar and one Susan B Anthony Dollar, that' thats It. If I don't see the balance in a week or two, I will take legal action and file many complaints with the better business bureau. Do your Damn job and send what I ordered. Shameful. I have been a loyal customer for years now and have spent a lot of money at Bradford Exchange.

I purchased the Thomas Kinkade night before christmas story house last year and used it a couple times. Opened it this year and used it once. Now it doesn't work at all. No lights, no story, nothing.

I call the B.E. help desk knowing that I'd be out of warranty but hoping I could purchase a part or something to make it work again as it's one of my daughter's favorite things about Christmas. I was not looking for a handout but a Fix that I was prepared to pay for. I was told that because it's a year and a month from purchase, there is nothing they can do and that I have to buy the entire $220 dollar item again.

For a company that prides themselves on quality, this doesn't seem like it was a priority at all.

I'll no longer purchase any items from this "company". Shamefully

Greetings unfortunate soul who is reading what has got to be a deluge of grievances aimed at this abyss of a so-called company. I ordered a 9-foot Northern Lights tree from the illustrious Hammacher Schlemmer last year.

After a month, I checked on the status of the order over the phone only to find out that the item had been out of stock when I ordered it. I had only received an order confirmation, not any kind of notification that I would never actually receive it.

I assumed that would be a one-off, unfortunate mistake, as the company then sent me a slightly different Northern Lights tree at a dazzling $25 discount. Here came this year, however. I plugged in the tree for its second Christmas, and found that none of the buttons on the control box worked.

The tree is orange, and that is all it agrees to be; so sad that I missed using it for Thanksgiving.

I called again and was quickly told that I would be sent a replacement control box that I should expect to receive within a week. I didn't. I called yet again after waiting for nearly a month and was told that the order for the part was never reviewed at the Hammacher warehouse and that it was therefore never sent. I was assured, though, that I would now receive the part within an ever-so-ambitious 48 business hours.

You'll be shocked at this point to read that I did not, in fact, receive anything within 48 business house.

Another week went by, and I called today. Brace yourself for this... I was told today that the employee who informed me of the expedited shipping was actually in training, and that they did not know that Hammacher doesn't ship parts during the holiday season, starting at the beginning of November.

After a lengthy hold, today's all star customer representative told me that a case has been initiated on my behalf - a CASE! I feel better already.

He told me to take a video of the product not working and attach it to this email and send it to this surely award winning customer service department. He said that after this email is received, there will be a one-to-two day processing period before which said department MIGHT decide to send me a replacement product, which would take another 4-8 business days to make its way to me.

I'm pretty sure he was just rolling dice to come up with numbers at this point. In any case, I have provided a link to such a video at the bottom of this email.

I'm sure this transactional escape room of a process won't end here, but do enjoy the cinematography. Also, so that you are prepared for the possibility that I may go so far as to click "Not Good" when rating your response to this message, just know now that this has been, altogether, the most abhorrent customer non-service I have ever experienced- and that I will take a bitter pleasure in sharing this story on every scrap of social media that I can still remember how to log into.
