Did not receive my entire order.

I ordered 2 necklaces (Snoopy & Philadelphia Eagles) and only received one (Snoopy). I tried to reach out to customer service and the respond was, you have to reach out to the supplier.

Charged me monthly for something I NEVER ordered. Very bad karma on this company . Avoid them at all costs. Do not use.

Company could stop ripping people off. I NEVER signed up for any " monthly rewards" and yet they charge me $14.95 over several months.

I ordered the Bradford Exchange Christmas tree with the train. The entire thing looks like it cost no more than $10....

beyond cheap. The tree has balls that don't stand out.... dull, small. The branches are the cheapest silver I've ever seen.

I can't reach anyone. They need to be reported and CLOSED DOWN.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Spoke to customer service who said knives should be in on Nov 14. I hope so.

I called and on hold for over a hour noone answered left my number on automated system to call me back never got a call. Trying to see if the Budwiser knives are back in stock and when would they charge my cc for them.

I ordered them but they were out of stock.

Was told they would be back in stock when my cc was not charged for them. I just needed to know if they were back in stock only to be on hold for over a hour and not receive call back.

The Bradford Exchange - Item was broken when I opened it

I was surprised to find the item damaged being that the packaging wasn't harmed. I was notified shortly after, that a new one was being sent out and not to worry about returning the damaged item. I am very satisfied with their response.

The Bradford Exchange failed to email me the status of my order. Furthermore, only one of the two items I ordered has arrived. It’s two days late!

Please send me the second item I ordered. I bought two items.

Only one item arrived.

Both items (identical necklaces, but, personalized in different ways, were ordered on the same day. I paid $129.00 for each item. Items were to arrive by 12/19.

Today is 12/21, and the second item has yet to arrive. Please send it, as it is a Christmas gift.

Chose "free shipping" and they added a recurrent monthly fee to my credit card as a "rewards program When contacted they gave me the "not this department" runaround. Had to contact my credit card company to solve it. What a mess to clean up, 2nd worst e-commerce experience in 20 years of online ordering.

Return/Cancel Subscription

I have called and emailed multiple times, with responses delayed up to a week. I finally spoke to someone on 10/21/2024 and spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with the representative.

I asked for two things - to cancel my three open subscriptions and to return the three items I have already received. I asked for a confirmation email that my subscriptions were cancelled, which I have not received. Additionally, I was told I would receive the email with my return labels by the end of the day yesterday, which I have not received. I must tell you, I am extremely disappointed in your customer service.

I tried to call again today and was told your offices are closed. It is 3:30 PM ET - I would think customer service would still be open at this time. I want this matter resolved immediately.

It shouldn't be this hard to have this taken care of. I assure you, this will be the last time I purchase from you.

I do not understand if I was told my item was going to be embroidered was the reason for delay! I do not believe that now!

I was told today after being told weeks ago my item would be sent out 5/28! Today is 6-1 and Im told it is on backorder until 7-10??? Unacceptable! Do not use this expensive company thinking you are getting a good product!

No customer service available either.

Press option to place order and that is how you will get a human with useless information! Wtf
