I authorized one payment to be deducted from my checking account. You took the entire amount of over $200.00 from my account, causing an overdraft in my account and a fee.
I demand that the money be put back immediately, along with the $30.00 overdraft fee! Cancel my order and don't ship the ring. I want nothing further to do with your company.
I lost all trust and no one ever answers your phone or calls back. This is the worst customer service ever.

Dissatisfied with quality of yorkie purse
They will not do anything about it without a copy of the receipt that Ino longer have. Bottom Line this Yorkie purse is poor quality and theleather has cracked off in many places. I will NEVER buy somethinglike this again from Bradford!
I have enclosed pictures of my purse to show the leather has cracked off. Being Bradford Exchange, I would have expected better quality.
