Can't find my order. Order number 940014****59.They finally called back.
When I placed my $400 order on the 5th I paid $75 for 2 day delivery. Order Confirmation email said delivery on Thursday the 9th. Once I got a return call I was told delivery would be Oct 14 - Oct 20th. When I I them to refund the 2 day charge I paid.
She had no response to the question. I repeated question several times. Nothing. Not even anything about refund policies.
Called credit card company to refuse payment. It will takw 2-3 more days before my card would be charged
User's recommendation: Pay close attention to any delivery you pay for. Stay on top of it
I need return labels for three returns as you spelled the name wrong on all three
I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND ME THE RETURN LABELS. REALLY!? Just send me the labels, is it that hard to do?

Resolved: Wrong spelling
Wrote 2 emails explaining that the name was spelled wrong. Gave them the order number, the correct spelling & my phone number.
I also tried calling.
I have not heard a word from them. Very unhappy.

i called when they first open in the morning and they dont answer the phone.
User's recommendation: You can’t order one or two things at a time without Bradford continuing charging your bank acount.

I sent a ring back at the end of June, they revived it on July 7,2025. I have been in contact thru chat 4 times and one time I finally got thru to speak to a person.
5 times I have been told a different story about my refund. I tried calling today August 4,2025 at 8:40 from California the recording said they are closed but according to the website they are open from 9 to 5, mountain time so should be open. Such a bunch a bull every time I get in touch with them. Im at my wits end trying to get my refund!!!
I have ordered from them many times over the years but never again. So I guess I have to wait till tomorrow to try again.

Harry R.Hiitchcock has ask for a return lable by calling 2 times and texted 1 time and has never recieved one yet it's been almost 4 weeks now. Please send him one for the Trump $2 dollar and the wooden case that came with it.
We do not understand why we have not received a label yet. Harry is a regular customer and buys alot from you. Please do not sent anything else unless he ask for it since this has happened and he can't get a return label or a answer.
Just send the label please. And thank you If you have any questions feel free to call .

Could not get anyone on any of the number provided
Just has a simple question about my subscription. Not calling to complain, or u satisfied with an order.
Just want more information about my subscription. I finally emailed the customer service and now waiting for a reply
Customer service
I called and they were to call me back. I called them back and asked for sales instead of customer service and had someone on the line within 3 to 5 minutes.
The lady that help was very efficient and I appreciated that. But if I ever need to call back. I will push whatever number is for sales because that gets you there quicker than customer service.
They did finally call me back about 530 that evening. I had placed the original call at 9 AM.
Horrible customer service
My husband ordered the coin collection for 45&47 president. Each coin should have a Certificate of Authenticity. The first coin arrived without it . It's not even engraved. There's a gold paper printed with the info and instead of 45 & 47 it shows 5th & 47th. which we actually just noticed. When we first called we spoke with Alyssa who asked for the SKU numbers in order to get the certificate sent out. We never received it so we called back and spoke with both Mart and Supv Glen who refused to send certificate claiming it's only sent when entire collection is purchased.

The coin is defective because the info is incorrect, however, even if the coin we received had all correct information, we would have had nothing to prove it's authenticity so it would've been useless, if, in the future we we trying to do anything with the coin
Bradford customer service stinks I won't be doing any future business with them

I will not paying to talk the someone
After texting about getting return label to talk with a person I was text a credit Card form to pay $5 to continue with my problem and talk to a person for $5.

I cannot rate their customer service or their integrity low enough!
On May 22nd, tracking indicated that presort processing was completed. There has been no additional tracking information since May 22nd, and the order has not been received. On May 26th, I attempted to contact customer service by phone but hung up after holding for 20 minutes. On May 27th, I again attempted to contact customer service but requested they return my call as recommended by your recorded message, but after 8 days, my call has not been returned.
I no longer expect nor want the order. Please issue a full refund to my credit card immediately.
