Elderly mom ordered Thomas Kincade ornaments (one set only) in March 2017. Foolishly used a credit card.

Now, multiple sets of ornaments keep showing up. Some do not have a return label in them at all. In June, we returned the latest shipment using a return slip and checked the box on the slip instructing them to cancel the subscription. Never got a refund.

Now, in November, here comes another set of ornaments and of course a charge on her credit card for $70.

This is not a reputable company because they 1: sign you up for a subscription without knowledge or consent 2: do not refund money when the item is returned and 3: ignore cancellation instructions. Thomas Kincade's estate should discontinue this relationship.
