Unknown to me I was signed up to a subscription service. Boxes just kept arriving along with Debt notices.

I tried to no avail to cancel these horrible deliveries that were taking up space in my house as they were sizable. I called numerous times and you can't get through on the advertised number. I emailed and eventually got a reply to say I had subscribed which I had not. I had to get really mad to make them take the statues back which incidentally were horrible.

I then had to go to take the boxes to a sizable post office to have them returned. I was then concerned that they might break in transit and I would again be charged. Even after I had returned the goods I continued to get debt notices. I had to notify their accounts department of the return of the goods with accompanying pictures to proof that they had been sent.

Very poor experience. Stressful.
