I ordered a Cheshire Cat wall clock (a birthday present for my mother who's bday was in July) on July 7, it was supposed to arrive between Aug. 21-Sept.

5. I called because it was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and it still hadn't shipped and they said that it was pushed back to October now. I wasn't happy but was ok. Then when I checked the status a couple weeks later it had been pushed to Dec.

3 to ship. I emailed and just got a run around with no real explanation, no real apologies or offers to make up for the wait. So I called and the girl on the phone checked with someone and guaranteed me it would ship Dec. 3 and I wouldn't need to worry about it getting pushed back again.

Well, I just checked the status and NOW its supposed to ship JANUARY 1, 2018! What next? JANUARY 2019? Does this thing even exist?

I've never had such a horrible experience ordering something, and never dealt with such awful customer service. They really don't care, it's terrible. No honest answers, no compensation for the delay, no guarantee of delivery.

Just be honest with your customers and treat them like they matter! Don't advertise and sell something that you don't have to sell!
