The Bradford Exchange - Matter resolved after contacting Pissed consumer

I originally complained because I did not get the accessories for a doll I ordered and gave to my 4 year old niece. They wanted me to send the doll back and they would ship a new one out with the accessories. My niece did not want to give up the doll. The associate with Bradford explain that they do not keep a stock of accessories on hand. But she made a few calls and I receieved them the other day Thank you
