I order a Dallas Cowboy Decanter Set in July or beginning of August, they stated it will be shipped. After about a week or 2 I called because I didn't receive it and they stated it was out of stock and should take 3 to 6 weeks.

I waited patiencely and called in October they change date again but this time they kept me on the phone for about and hour giving me the run around. The time then changed to November. Called December 1st and the phone service said it will be shipped on December 7th. Spoke with a customer service rep who was nasty and acted as though I just had to had the Cowboy Decanter Set and I worked for her.

She then stated it will be her January 26. At that point I said no because it has been to long. She stated that when I order it was out of stock and it take 3 to 6 weeks to ship out. I asked her to do the math from July to Dec 1st.

I stated that was more than 3 to 6 weeks. I said just cancel may order because I shouldn't have to keep calling about something I'm spending my money on.

She continued to be nasty and stated us there any thing else I can do for you and I said no. I will never ever buy anything from your company and I hope others will do the same if customer service and service like yours.
